RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At ValueCare Clinic, we strive to provide excellent service and products to all our patients. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our policies regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations below:

1. Refund Policy

Service/Treatment Cancellation

In the event that a scheduled service or treatment is canceled by the clinic for any reason, and the patient has made an out-of-pocket payment in advance, rescheduling for the same will be offered. If the patient desires a refund instead, a full refund will be issued.

Overpayment/Billing Errors

If you believe you have been overcharged or have identified a billing error, please contact our billing department immediately. Refunds for verified overpayments or billing errors will be processed promptly.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds will typically be issued using the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days for refunds to reflect in your account.

2. Return Policy

Product Returns

Products purchased from our clinic can be returned within 3 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Procedure

Refunds for returned products will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exceptions

Used or opened products are not eligible for return unless they are defective. In the case of defective products, please contact our clinic immediately for assistance.

3. Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation

Patients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any cancellation fees.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be determined based on the type of appointment and services scheduled.

Deposit Requirement

Certain services may require a deposit upon booking, which may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation without sufficient notice.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Procedure

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our clinic at least 4 hours before the scheduled time.

4. Insurance Information

ValueCare Clinic accepts a wide range of insurance plans to help cover the cost of medical services. Patients are encouraged to verify their insurance coverage prior to their appointment to ensure that our clinic is in-network with their insurance provider.

Accepted Insurance Plans

We accept insurance plans from major providers. Please refer to our insurance page for more information.

Out-of-Network Coverage

For patients with out-of-network insurance coverage, we can provide assistance with claim submission and reimbursement processes.

Insurance Verification

Our administrative staff can assist you with verifying your insurance coverage and understanding your benefits prior to your appointment.

Co-Payments and Deductibles

Patients are responsible for any applicable co-payments, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket expenses as determined by their insurance plan.

Please note that insurance coverage and benefits may vary depending on individual insurance plans. For specific inquiries regarding insurance coverage and billing, please contact our clinic’s billing department.

PCP

Patients are responsible for contacting their insurance provider and changing their PCP to ValueCare Clinic before the appointment in order to avoid higher out-of-pocket copays.

Coordination of Benefits (COB)

Patients are encouraged to call their primary insurance provider to notify and link any secondary or supplemental insurance. This will help reduce or eliminate out-of-pocket payments for patients who meet COB requirements.
