Although we strive to provide your local participating Clinic with your privacy preferences, such participating Clinic is independently owned and has its own privacy practices. Please contact your local Clinic for any additional information on how your Clinic uses your personal information. We do not control your clinic’s use of your personal information.
Any process form that needs a guest to provide us with contact information (i.e. name, address, phone number), unique identifiers (i.e. email address, social security number), financial information (i.e. account or credit card numbers), and other information (i.e. employment history, preferences, etc.) is covered in this privacy policy. Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the guest for services and products utilized. Unique identifiers (i.e. social security numbers) are collected only for registration and educational class enrollment. Access to this information is password protected on our servers and is accessible to only a minimal number of ValueCare Clinic employees for company use only. We do not share this information with outside entities.

As a key provider of services and technology to the healthcare industry, ValueCare Clinic Systems, Inc. and its affiliated companies collectively, (” ValueCare Clinic “) have implemented programs to address the transaction standards, and the privacy and security implications of the rules promulgated pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (“HITECH”) Act, and as may be amended from time to time. However, any protected health information that you may submit via this Platform, as that term is defined in HIPAA, is subject to your clinic’s Notice of Privacy Practices and only receives that information as a Business Associate of your Clinic.
During the registration process at the Clinic, you will be able to choose your preferred channel of communication (email, text or push notifications) . If you choose to change your channel or type of communication, you can do so by updating your preferences on the Website or Platform, which includes the Mobile App.
We will maintain your personally identifiable information and allow you to update it at any time by logging into your account to access your information. We will also take steps to make sure that any updates that you provide are processed in a timely and complete manner.
We use recognized industry safeguards to help protect personally identifiable information from unauthorized access or use. If you are required to transmit sensitive to us through our Platform, we will provide you access to our secure server that allows encryption of your data as it is sent to us.
