Insurances

At ValueCare clinic we accept the following insurances. We will bill your insurance for the medical services you receive, but some may not be covered. If your insurance does not pay, you are responsible for the bill. We always recommend talking to your insurance about your eligibility and acceptance at our clinic even though they may be listed below. You'll get monthly statements with details. Each family member may receive separate bills if they got care.

There are many types of insurance plans and there can be significant differences between the plans. It is important that you’re knowledgeable about the specifics of your plan and areas of coverage provided by the plan. Although our staff will make every effort to assist you, ultimately it is your responsibility to understand the coverage related to the specifics of your plan.

Self Pay Service

If you do not have insurance, your account will be considered self-pay. We offer same-day payment discounts at our clinics, accept cash, check, or credit cards. For other arrangements, talk to our Patient Account Representative.

Call the member service information number located on the back of your insurance Card.

Inform your insurance that you will be visiting Valuecare Clinic.

Confirm your benefits and coverage for the specific service you’re seeking. HMO members, please confirm your plan’s rules to access ValueCare Clinic. Your out-of-pocket payment may be higher if you do not adhere to your plan’s guidelines.

If you learn that the service you’re seeking is not covered, you can still visit Valuecare Clinic and choose another method of payment. You can check our price list to see how much the service will cost.
